Our Leadership

The head of Community Christian Fellowship Haverhill is Jesus Christ. As a church, we seek to reflect His priorities in all we do and how we do it. We rely on the guidance of the indwelling Holy Spirit as we endeavor to discern God’s vision for us as a church. Whenever we implement a plan, it is after seeking the counsel of Elders and Advisors.

We place a high priority on integrity and on developing the team of people who implement the vision.

Pastor Rafael Najem is our Apostolic covering and the Senior Pastor of Community Christian Fellowship (CCF) in Lowell.  CCF Lowell is the mother church for the CCF family of churches, of which CCF Haverhill is a part of.  Pastor Rafael is available for wise counsel; provides direction, inspiration, and encouragement; and is involved in major ministry decisions.

The Elders are members of the body who provide oversight. They use their wisdom, discernment and shepherding gifts to ensure the church remains on a true course Biblically and review major ministry decisions. The Trustees oversee the legal and financial aspects of the ministry and matters pertaining to the building and facilities.

The Deacons are members of the body who direct the day-to-day affairs of the ministry of the church.  The staff's main job is to build and coordinate teams of volunteers so that ministry can happen.
